Description of Services

Yolike Technologies provides digital advertising and monetization services including but not limited to:

Google AdSense account management, optimization, and support

Programmatic advertising through Google Ad Manager, AdX, and GAM 360

Search traffic arbitrage operations

Facebook (Meta) advertising management and automation

Advertising credit lines and agency ad accounts

Custom earning and spending tracking solutions

The specific scope, deliverables, and terms for each service engagement will be agreed upon separately between the Company and the client.

Client Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery

Comply with all applicable Google, Meta, and other platform policies

Not engage in fraudulent traffic, click manipulation, or any form of ad fraud

Maintain ownership or proper authorization for all websites and accounts submitted for our services

Make timely payments as per the agreed terms for credit lines and services

Payment & Credit Line Terms

For advertising credit line services, the following terms apply:

Commission rates range from 2-5% on total ad spend, as agreed at the time of onboarding

Payment cycles and due dates will be specified in individual service agreements

Late payments may result in suspension of credit line and associated services

The Company reserves the right to modify credit limits based on account performance and payment history

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software — is the property of Yolike Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

No Guarantees: While we strive to maximize ad revenue and optimize campaign performance, we do not guarantee specific revenue amounts, traffic volumes, RPM levels, or advertising results. Performance depends on multiple factors including website content, traffic quality, market conditions, and platform policies.

Platform Dependency: Our services rely on third-party platforms such as Google and Meta. We are not responsible for changes in platform policies, algorithm updates, account suspensions, or other actions taken by these platforms that may affect your revenue or campaigns.

Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yolike Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service relationship with written notice as specified in the individual service agreement. Upon termination:

All outstanding payments become immediately due

Access to credit lines and agency accounts will be revoked

Custom tracking dashboards and tools will be deactivated

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client is found to be in violation of these terms or engaging in fraudulent activity.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
